Bot was ONLINE, uptime checker misconfigured

The bot was ONLINE and UP. We updated the bot yesterday on 09.19.2024 and didn't update the uptime checking to reflect the changes. This is why it was appearing as down, even though it was online the entire time, according to our server logs.
